how do you load video's on the phone
I know that sometimes the phone is picky so you just change the extention on the file but how do you get the phone to play vidio loaded on the memory card I can get the phone to see if I change the extention to .3g2 but it doesn't play does anyone know how to fix this

Well, first of all, it should be .3gp, not .3g2. That could be the problem. Also make sure you put it in "my_flix" folder.

well I tried that too still not working I can see the file in my flix but when I open it it is a blank screen without time in the counter for how long the clip is

are you giving it time to load the bigger the file the longer it takes to load it. and the file name needs to be short so if its long rename it. and make sure in the settings you have it sized at 176x144

the videos have to be actual .3gp format, you can't just simply rename a movie file (.avi, .mpg, or .mov) to .3gp (file extension) and expect it to work... what you need to do is use a .3gp converter like "mpegablex4 live" or "ImToo" to convert your video files to the proper format. Good luck... 😢
