You must be new, but anyway close the phone hold the camera button until camera is on then press the flash button. Bluetooth is mainly for headsets ( all bluetooth headsts should work)

With flip closed, press the camera button then press the mic button on the left side and it will keep the flash on to use as a flashlight.
Yes, it can recieve things via bluetooth. I use a Bluetooth USB adapter and transfer ringtones to my from via Bluetooth with the a program called Bitpim.
