I do know the difference between DUN and WAP....just mistyped what I was thinking. I just think that most of the things on these sites are illegal...the workarounds included. I am not here to argue whether or not these threads should be allowed but what I am saying is that if they are going to clamp down then lets CLAMP down. There is no in between. Like I said before...Illegal is Illegal. And yes I get your point that these are federal laws that are being broken but stealing from a corporation is illegal also. So does PhoneScoop condone that? Then why allow it then?
In closing lets get one thing straight to the rest of you... I am the first to stick it to the man but if we were all in court UNFORTUN...

I agree with you somewhat, since the access menu is pretty much public knowledge at this point the changing of your phone's settings I would not deem an illegal act. A violation of your contract with Verizon, but hardly an illegal act. Their remedy would be to terminate your contract. An ISP suing an individual for not using their network thats not gonna happen. You have the right to use any ISP you chose, so long as you are paying for the service.
