Ok so I got the latest update and everything seems to great. It did fix the camera problem. One thing I noticed is that the picture on the screen is pixelated. Is this just because of the screen? I did send a picture to my computer and WOW I was impressed with the quality. It does take great pictures. Do you need to have a card for the Mp3 player to work? Becuase it doesn't work with songs I have in my ringtone folder. I have a 512 card on the way and am excited to get it. I know it can handle 1G but 512 should be enough for what I need. It's interesting that your camera delay was fixed. I'm on my second 8100. The camera delay was not as bad on the first one, but it had other problems that required a swap. The softward upgrade did not fix the delay on my camera. I spent a Saturday morning at the VZW store, going through a stockpile of updated phones with one of their tech's, and we could not find a camera without the delay. You are lucky.

Yes, you must have a card in order to use the MP3 player. The phone will only read out of the "my_mp3" file on the card.

I have no input on the voicemail problem, except this; try dialing into your voicemail from a landline, and record your new message from there.

Thanks! I'll try that with the message. I didn't think of that. Ok another question. When I get the card can I put songs directly on the card and then open them up on the phone or do I have to use Bitpim with it? If not it would be so much easier! 🙂
