How do I know if my phone has new update?
I just got the 8100 yesterday. I read about people having to go and get an update from verizon. How do I know if mine is up to date?
PS verizon store was very un-helpful when I got the phone I tried asking question but was basically ignored, the store was so busy.

Hit menu, Settings&Tools, System, Device Info, SW Version, If the SW Version ends in 04 you have the last version. No need to stand in line for hours and get attitude from the bone heads at the Verizion Store. Hope this helps.
