Version 5 Update???

Anyone know when??? Have more problems with version 04 then version 01. Now have vol and BTproblems. Never had that that with Version 01. VZW sucks!! 😡 😡 😡

If youve replaced your 8100 more than 3 times, then u can get a more updated model. Its called 3 strikes rule.

i am on my 3rd one and they basically told me they keep giving you the same model....
