Swap out the phone. I went thru 5 phones, got CS to ok a Samsung a950 - which sucked - went back to 8100. This one is perfect, so far. This phone is spook. It seems to be hit & miss till you get a good one. 😛 😛

Occasionally I'll look down and see my phone restarting. Then it beeps and tell me I have new voicemail... so obviously I've missed the call.

But it doesn't do it every time, and I see no pattern. 😳

This has happened to me once. I went to answer the call call and it turned off.

I got the phone right after it came out and am only at a total of 1805 minutes lifetime and 262,748KB lifetime though. Probably have put around 10,000 txt msgs on it though. I guess I don't talk on my phone that much.

I had to swap out my phone 3 times and I've had no more problems since the last swap. My phone would also turn off, but usually after I tried to use the web. And I dropping calls a lot and sometimes would get a call but the other person couldn't hear me. I finally called VZW tech support and they told me they were going to do a diagnostic on the cell towers in my area, to see if it was maybe a digital network issue. I'm thinking maybe it was because since they did that, I've had no problems.
