Blank Pictures

I have blank pictures on my phone with a question mark and a hour glass in them, does anyone know what they are or how to fix this? Thanks.

Yes, the picture size is to large. Resize pics to 640x480 and that will work.

See if you can delete them I hade the same thing but I could not delete them. I had to get a new phone which was cool since mine was a little scratched.
