Help me Please!...my phone keeps restarting...
Hi-
I just recently bought a cable, and have been adding ringtones to it. Just yesterday, I added some new ringtones (they were mp3s, bitpim converted them for me) and when i went to try to access the ringtone menu on my phone, my phone restarts. and now it does this everytime i try to access my ringtones from the menu. 😢 does anyone know how to fix this? or is there some way to reset my phone?

Did you shorten the ringtones to around 30 seconds or did you put the full songs on? Just curious, as maybe you over did the memory. Not sure if this is why, but just a thought.
As far as resetting your phone, if you mean erasing all the ringtones by not going to them as you don't seem to be able to, then go to MENU-SETTINGS & TOOLS-4.SYSTEM-6.SECURITY-enter your lock code (which is the last four digits of your cell # unless you've changed it)-5. RESET DEFAULT. This will erase the ringtones, but also reset everything else you've put in (ie: banners, fonts, etc.).
