Just to let you all know i brought my phone in because of the volume issue and there was a memo on the conter that said any LG VX8100 that had the software version T81VZV06 to pull the phone and send it back. The email said that more info was to follow but that was all they had on the sheet that i was able to read. Hope this helps

You mean that if a customer comes in with a phone with v06 they are to swap it out? Am I reading this correctly? Or is this for phones that shipped from the warehouse to be sold with v06?
