LG VX-8100
So what is the follow on to the 8100 going to be? (8200?)
Just wondering if Lg had any hot new phones in the pipeline? I love the 8100, but I'm always interested in new technology.

With all the problems and lies from LG & VZW, do you really want another LG? I'd like to see something 'high end' from Nokia, but they seem to be going GSM or VZW is not interested.

nokia has insisted in the past to use their own chipset in their handsets instead of paying the rights to qualcomm causing some service issues and other things that caused nokia and verizon to spread apart. Nokia is starting a comback in the cdma market so we might be seeing some new stuff down the pipeline. I myself will stick with my lg, remember a lot of the issues with this phone were verizon's fault not lg so we can't really blame them for that, i for one love my 8100.

Might be right about VZW. But what does that say if they are going to use the same software in all their phones. I had the a950 for about a week and the BT was clear - no static or echo. This was LG's 1st BT phone. I'm not sure all the blame is VZW. Guess we'll see if they correct it in v06 update as promised. If they don't, it could be an LG hardware problem. They are both damn lier's, so who really knows. 😲

It's phones listed for Verizon as "coming soon". I had no problem opening it. Try it again.
