prices vary and change often but i would say around 300 dollars is about the going price as of today. I would suggest you contact bestbuy, the one by me sells phones at cost, not sure if they do it out of stupity or if that is policy for all of them, so you should be able to get it for about 260 at cost. I would also suggest you ask for a rabate form, if the place you buy it from says it is only good with a servcei agreement stop at another location and just tell them you need a rebate form, they should give you one. I send in rebates all the time for phones i purchase outright and i have never been declined. If you try the rebate path you have to buy the phone from verizon or an authorized agent, bestbuy does not offer verizon based rebates...

Website, at least, is advertising $319.99, and that's what it actually should be.

heads up on the 25% off full retail pricing from customer care. this is only if you've lost your phone(they can check usage) and it also resets your agreement(new contract)

i'd suggest buying full retail from verizon and getting a mail in rebate form. they seem to give out the rebates to anyone literate enough to fill out the forms properly. you will need a receipt and upc of course.

i realize that, but you don't have to buy it directly form verizon, the cost is around 250, so people will have different mark ups, verizon's is higher then what bestbuy and other agents charge
