Disabling Missed Call Alert VX8100
I have data cable and bitpim; can someone please instruct me as to how to get rid of the "blooing" noise that is made after a call goes unanswered? It makes this noise even if you hit the side toggle to quiet the incoming ringer. How stupid is this? If I hit the side toggle that means I don't want anymore sound from the call.

Hitting the side buttons only quiet the ring. You'll still get the missed call tones. No way to turn it off.

There's no way to turn off the missed call alert through normal channels, but someone with bitpim knowledge has to know how it can be disabled. I have bitpim, a data cable, and no fear. Expert help appreciated; thanks for the response though.
