Headphones Jabra c120s vs. LG SGEY0003301

I read somewhere on here that the Jabra c120s are pretty good headphones for the money. Does it work equally well as a headset when talking to people? I was also looking at the LG SGEY0003301 headphone/cell headset combo. Does anyone have any experience with this head-set-phones. Any info would be appreciated. Again I'm looking for how the audio quality is with mp3s and how it works as a hands-free setup when talking to people. Thanks!

I ordered my Jabra 120's on ebay for 10$ and I absolutely love them. Great sound. I do not like using them as a headset though because people look at me funny when I'm talking with two ear pieces in lol.
