VX8100 Get It Now Ringtones
I was told by a tech at LG today that using Xringer for ring-tones can cause problems like the phone restarting, which I have had happen.
Can anyone tell me what Get It Now ring-tone programs you use that do not make the phone restart. A VZW tech told me he uses the SONY program. Thanks for any advice.

who uses the "screw you now" service 😈 , I think the majority of us on here use bitpim or something similar to get them on aour phone for free. If you are going to buy them from the phone i would recomend MOdtones. They always seemed to have the best selection back when i used that service.

Admittedly I use the service since the valuepaks work out okay and I don't feel 'too' raped 🙂 Also, I consider the effort in chopping down an MP3 nice and small, editing it perfectly so that it sounds good as a ringer, and generally making them sound good on the 8100s speakers to be worth a buck... especially considering what my time is worth. I've found the VZW Deluxe Mgr to 'always' have the highest quality ringers since everything is real music-based and not junky sounding midi files which nearly all the other stuff utilizes... except perhaps Sony Musicbox, but they haven't recompiled that for v07 yet.
