Apps missing with V07
Has anyone else noticed that alot of the games and ringtone apps are now gone with V07. I just replaced my phone because of the volume problem and I was told that i could download the old games i had on my phone before...the problem is they dont show up...

Just buy new ones, that is what i did and they credited them, i do suggest bomberman and zuma. The gin apps are being added and fixed as we speak, not sure how long it will take but they are working on it.

they've been working on it for more than 2 weeks and saying that they will fix it as soon as possible... They should have notified people that update wouldn't just erase apps, but they wouldn't be able to download new once until the issue is resolved.

The customer service people at verizon are so stupid sometimes. The person I spoke with first said that I will only get a credit if i download the exact same app. I said to her "WELL THAT WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY WERE THERE...WHERE THE H@#$ ARE THEY. She then proceeded to put me on hold get a 8100 with V04 on it and told me the step by step...After she told me all that crap I told her that she needs to get a phone with V07 and she will not find the same apps..... 👿 😈 😈

yup, plus any custoemr servcie rep or store employee should no of this issue, it was posted right in infocenter and infomanager in big bold letters. After the update the 8100 had only 50 apps available instead of 1000 so they should know of the issue.

that happens with every company when they get big. the bottom line becomes the thing to go for, so eventually they scrimp on service and training, and wala!!
