New user wondering if there's a way to change the start page in Mobile Web...would like it to go directly to hotmail. I've searched the forum without success.

TIA

no, best you can do is set up hotmail under your "favorites." not a perfect solution but still pretty quick.

Thanks for the input. I've gone into the secret menu to 8. WAP setting > 4. Homepage. This is set to http://homepage. I've rest this to http://hotmail, http://hotmail.com, http://www.hotmail.com, etc and the browser seems to be unaffected each time as it continues to open to the VZW page. Clicking on the "home" tab just reloads the page. What am I missing?

hey, i tried the trick mentioned above for resetting the mobile web homepage. it works but with a downside. i have it set for http://www.gmail.google.com and it loads find but it doesn't give me the option to browse other mobile web pages. i don't have the search and home funcions across the top like i should. anyone know how to make this work fully? also, i'm an idiot and forgot to write down the default homepage and can't seem to switch back. if someone could just go to
menu
0
000000
8
4
and tell me exactly what it displays i'd appreciate it
cheers!

Ya thats the down side you don't get the search tools on the top of the page. I set it us as the actual google home page with your mail and all on it.
