Can you upload pics to the phone using bitpim?

First of all, I want to thank you all for all your help. Since discovering this forum I have learned a lot about my phone and I love it. Second, I want to upload some pics from my computer to my phone to use in the caller id, but when I tried to do this on my vx6000 it totally screwed it up. Does anyone know if it's safe to do this on the 8100 and if so, how? Thanks in advance.

if you are really woried about it put them in pixplace and it will auto convert them before it sends it to your headset. I myself have stuck pix and flix on mini sd card and slapped it in my phone no prob.
