Internet Log Via Bluetooth laptop. User name and Passcode.

I have tried to log on via phone#@vzw3g.com and vzw as the password and keep gettig wrong username and password. Can anyone help. Its is connecting then giving the invalid user name and password pop. Help if ya can. Thanks. 😕
