Every bluetooth headset I tried never worked as good as the moto 815. To many disconnects and lots of static. Loved the phone, but I wear an earpiece all day and it was driving me crazy. Problem has been solved by using the moto 815. I use my phone to talk first and then all the other stuff is cool and the 8100 was very cool!! Sorry people hated to do it 😢 , Steven in California

Let me get this straight... you gave up the better phone due to simply not being able to find a likeable headset for you? Why didn't you just go with a nice wired one then? They're still the best quality-wise and then you're not soaking up the excess rads, which is a plus 🙂

It's not that they couldn't find one that they LIKED, it was that they couldn't find one that worked descent enough! The whole point of having a Bluetooth phone is to have a wireless BT headset. It totally defeats the purpose if you use a wired one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going on your suggestion of the 640 I tried it and didn't work at all correctly. SENT BACK, wasted 20bucks on shipping. I have tried 3 b/t headsets before that one.
Giving up on the technology is temp. until they profect it . I am not going to or do I have the time to go through 5-10 more b/t headsets to hear all my friends and family complain about static, echo, cutting off sound etc. It's easier to just give b/t a long rest until they profect it. I won't give up my 8100 just cause I can't use b/t but I might just use a wired h/s to replace the lack tech b/t offers.
