Mary you seem to be the lady with all the answers. I have songs on WMP-10 how do I convert them to wmp's. and get them transfered to the card? A Verizion Tech told me how to do it without using bitpim. But I must have the start of Alzheimers, I forgoten what he told me before I got home. LOL. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

When you put them in WMP-10, they will automatically be converted to WMA format. Now, as far as transferring to the card...did you buy the music essentials kit with the cable?

No only thing I got was the driver disk and the wrong one at that. The tech said that I didn't need the driver that WMP-10 would recognize my phone. And how the heck do I format the card? Thanks for your help

The only way I have put them on is via the cable and software that were in the Music Essentials Kit from Verizon ($29.99). I haven't done it any other way. As far as formatting the card, if you go under the Menu to Settings & Tools choose system, then manage memory, then card memory and then hit option at the bottom right to format it.
