Mary-- Question About H500 BT

I finally took your advice and went with the H500 Headset. I have a question though, it seems as though when this thing is idle for about 5-10 min, it disconnects from the phone.... But will sync right back up if I press the button... Is it supposed to do this, such as to save power, or is there something wrong with mine that it keeps disconnecting. I need to know whether or not I need to exchange it for a new one....
Otherwise, you're right... Best sound quality Ive gotten yet from as BT... and very comfortable... Thanks for the advice 😁

No, it should not disconnect after being idle. Before you go through the hassle of exchanging, try erasing it and re-pairing it with your phone and see if that helps. Otherwise, if it keeps doing it, I would definately exchange it. Good luck.

The one we are taling about is the MOTOROLA H500. It is a very good headset. I have not tried the LG one. I heard it's not that great and an uncomfortable fit.
