Transfering videos with bitpim

I took a video with my 8100 and was able to save it to my computer. I ended up deleting it off of my phone by mistake and I was wanting to add the saved one back on, but I can not figure out how to transfer video back to the phone. Anyone know?

ad it back into the bitpim library, then just resend the library

OK, I am a newb to this program and I can not seem to add it back. How do you do it?
