LG VX-8100

I downloaded a V-Cast Music Video. It show sup in "My Flix" on the phone. I looked at the phone through Bitpim and QPST, and could not find the video. Is there a way to transfer these files to your computer. If not, aren't you just clogging your phone with videos. I think there has to be a way to back it up to the computer or memory card.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
