Ringtones From CD
Ok... I've got the new VCast music version, that will not take MP3s, but WMAs. Fine. I have the program that turns CD tracks into WMAs & send them to my phone as music. My question is, "How can I send a portion of a song from a CD to my phone as a ringtone?" 😁

mary, i've been thinking. maybe we should go in and write a thread on exactly how to make a ringtone, and put it on the phone using bitpim. like "EXACTLY" and then just copy and paste that link every time someone asks.

That would be nice! About the first 500 or so times, I replied with exact directions copied and pasted from my previous replies, but it got old. Especially now!

You all have a lot of patience! I marvel at your ability to withhold sarcastic remarks for the same old questions. Thanks for your knowlegde and for continuing to help the helpless. I keep hoping someone has newly discovered ideas with this phone. Meanwhile it's often entertaining to keep reading.
