Ok, I've seen this on Verizon's accessory page, but it doesn't say exactly what it is....I mean, I'm not stupid, but is it a headset? Is it for your desk? It's made by LG, but I just don't get EXACTLY what it is.

One of the best examples I can think of would be if you had a pda/phone, like a Blackberry. It's kind of a pain to use some of their models as a phone - dialing, etc. With this accessory you could leave the Blackberry clipped to your belt, or in your purse/briefcase, and use the accessory to make and receive calls, plug your headset into, etc. I know it seems kind of stupid, but I think some people would appreciate the smaller sized item they could carry in their shirtpocket, still have caller ID, etc. Hope this helps.
