Echo Problems on the VX 8100
When I am on speakerphone, the person on the other end tells me there is an echo everytime they talk. The echo is not coming from me, but it's actually their echo that they are hearing.
Is there a way to resolve this problem?

They're hearin a echo of themselves because u have the volume on ur end of the phone too loud. So their voice thats comin out of the phone in speaker phone mode is going right back into the mouth piece part....try puttin it on medium or medium low maybe that'll help

It still does not help when I lower the volume to 'medium' or even 'low'. The other end still hears an echo of their own voice. Plus, if I lower it too much, then I can't hear the speakers.
I think it's a defective function on the phone. The phone is not defective but certain functions of it is and certain "bugs" need to be worked out.

It's not to be used, it's a just a feature they can say it's there but doesn't and never has worked correctly.
That is usally the case with all speaker phones landline or wireless.
Lower your expections, othewise you will be very very disappointed.
