CAMERA ON I730 FOR VERIZON
I GOT THE I730 ON VERIZON WIRELESS AND IT DOES NOT HAVE THE CAMERA, IS THERE ANY IDEA WHY THIS PHONE WOULD BE $600 AND NOT HAVE ACAMERA AND WHEN DO THEY PLAN ON RELEASING ONE WITH A CAMERA... 👿

This phone is designed for business persons and many business don't allow cameras in their offices because they don't want people taking pictures of sensitive documents, etc... There will be a camera version out within 60 days, according to Verizon. Hope this helps...

If Verizon is giving a generic response via e-mail saying that it will be out in 60 days, it will be because otherwise they will have a whole lotta pissed off customers....

I am a Verizon rep at C store, the reason we "Don't know sh!t" is because the company gives us the same generic answers that we give you, me personally I would rather not lie, I ask the same question and get the same answer as you guys do. A lot of us at VZW are avid readers of Phone scoop in our off time and I use it as a tool because I love wirless stuff and read on here everyday to help me clients more. So for the most part you are right, we are kept in the dark til the same day you guys are too, so don't take it personally is all I am saying..I learn more through here than I do through my employeer. Sad to say..

I got my response today saying 60 days also. However, I asked about upgrading from the WOC version and there are no plans for that:
