Secondly, if you are using the bluetooth dongle, you totally dont need MPT if you have XP (SP2). Just install whatever drivers your bluetooth dongle comes with and go to "My computer" then "my bluetooth connections". Follow up by turning bluetooth on, then click "find bluetooth devices" right after you tell your phone to "make discoverable".
Now, it'll ask you to make a pin, so you can do 1234 or whatever you want into your pc. Your phone will say "bond with ???" and you say yes, then pop your pin in the phone. Now your phone and pc's are married! Yay!

Otherwise, I think superdavex's site has it also, I know he has Motorola PST (For flashing with). http://www.inetron.com/ is superdavex's site, he is the V710 firmware hacker. Make a login, login, click "Mobile Section" on the left then "V710 Downloads" and on page 3 it has something thats like 50MB that says "MPT3_VStuff.rar" which may or may not be MPT. Also there's "PST711_and_patch.zip" which is PST which you use with the cable to flash the phones.

Flashing is a different animal, you gotta get some firmware (charge your phone battery 100%) then flash with PST. It takes a little time.
Id stick to the bluetooth adaptor and windows built in capability, its so easy.
