LetsTalk.com - not carrying the phone anymore due to issues

I decided to call LetsTalk.com to swap out my phone (again...the first one arrived DOA, and I'm still within my 30 day window). LetsTalk is no long carrying the phone. Now, the last time they "didn't have the phone" was because it was out of stock...and I was told that when I tried to place my initial order for the phone. Now they are saying the will not be carrying the phone at all until the "issues with it are resolved." The customer service mgr. said they had too many returns being made due to issues. I was given the choice of getting another phone of equal value...or pay the difference on a different phone. Nice, huh?

I know how you feel bro, I was using a 6620 till it got damaged and now I am using a 3220. Did you buy this phone to do all the extra stuff like the other folks?

Yes. It was a replacement for a Treo 650. I got rid of the Treo because it reset itself constantly and the earpiece volume was horrible.

I had a nokia 6620 for almost a year till my daughter dropped it in the lake last week. Now I am using a 3220 I used to work for att wireless for 3 years and quit once it became cingular. They treat their employees like slaves and learning more now since I left they also do not test their phones well enough at all. I have tmob service and I live in a big city and dont go anywhere rural so it works fine for me...I have always used nokias and will always use them even though this last one was a POS.
