Um, nothing over here at the Big Orange says anything other than they're gone for good. Alas. [I'm assuming you're referring to Cingular re-relasing it, since it's been available else where for months & still is.]

Oh my GOD it's being re-released!!??? Thank the Lord I love this phone and have been desprately to find in a Cingular Store. 😁
Said that they had a problem with software. Is it true? What happened?????? 😕
