I would assume so. I purchased just the phone but no one refered me so I couldn't tell you for sure.

I was thinking about getting this phone from LetsTalk.com, but it states in order to get the phone for $50 w/plan ext. we have to be 10 months into our 1yr. contract or 22 months into our 2yr. contract. Is this true? (I'll call their customer service just in case)
