Just ordered my phone!
I have been calling Cingular since yesterday, and finally got to order my phone today! I extended my contract for two years, and the phone cost $109 with $10 standard shipping fees. I'm can't wait to get it and I will be posting a review once I do! Good luck to everybody out there searching for this phone -- I know I made about a billion phone calls with no luck!

i called the toll-free # last friday and called 611 from my cell yesterday and they still say they don't have it in the system. how did you get yours...?

I called 611 from my cell phone... I called three times Monday, and twice Tuesday. None of the operators I talked to even knew about the phone. The last operator I talked to didn't see it, but then I described it to her, and she found it somehow.

Did you add on a line? Because they told me that only telesales are saling them if you either add on a line or sign up for new service with Cingular. If you already have service with them, they just trasnfer you to customer service, which is totally separate from telesales. And customer service said that they don't have them over there for the upgrades. And to try back in a week. So my question to you is how did you get yours?

My advice is to try back sooner. I just dialed 611 from my cell phone. I did not add a new line. I was eligible for an upgrade, so I did that. I talked to about five different people, and I got it.
