Software Problem
I just bought this phone, and while I love it, I can not get it to communicate with my computer for the life of me. I installed the driver and PIM program, but whenever I load the program, this error always pops up:
"Cannot open the port and this program is switched in offline mode. After, try to switch online."
Does anybody know how to make this program work? Thanks.

I had the EXACT same problem & the only thing i can tell you is take the same advice i was given: Buy a bluetooth dongle off ebay. I did & it works with NO problems. Pics & mp3's transfer with no hesitation. If you have an email address i can give u more info when you reply.

i would also like to know where i could buy a bluetooth dongle as all the phone use USB 1.1. mp3's and videos are killing me when I upload them. please email me at [email protected]
