I just played with this phone for a few hours and OMG is it awesome. This may be the everything to everyone phone all us phone geeks have been griping about for years. My trainer brought in his 850 Cingular model. It has killer audio, the video playback is insane. It even has a video based user manual with audio built in. Probably a waste of memory, but a great feature to get low-tech users comfy with a very high tech phone. The camera is awesome. The screen is one of the best I've seen on a Nokia. The guy who owns the phone (and just about every other GSM phone out there) claims it is his favorite new phone since the T-Mobile Samsung S105 came out a few years back. He even had Blackberry running on it. Sick!

Actually, its not available in Finland as I am there right now and have not seen this phone anywhere.

I've been told 2 different things about this phone by 2 different cingular reps. One person in one store told me they'd have the phone in April, and it would be $150 with contract just like the 6230, and another guy who I talked to over the phone today told me that they wouldn't have the phone until mid may. Which has to be wrong, because that's when Cingular is planning to release the Nokia flip phone as well as several others. You wouldn't think that this phone would come out amidst such a crowd.
