I have done everything...
every way possible, but no luck!

On my BT apapter, when it gets to passkey, it has the option to select it for me, which the phone them prompts me to enter, or I can choose to make up my own. What options is yours giving you?

it gives me 4 options:

Select for me
Choose own
Use key from the device
No key

It only lets me continue with no key.
When i try to pair up, it asks for key and the phone doesnt connect without putting any text.

Hmmm....I wonder why it will only let you choose no key. On mine I do select for me, then my phone prompts me to enter what's on my PC then it's connected.

I have no clue...
and I am very upset 🤭
And my GF upset couse I am.
And this is ruining our relationship

Seriously, I think you need to keep the phone and return the GF to Verizon. At least the phone won't give you no back talk. 🤣

Her Razr connects to my PC with no problems.
