Mini SD Error
I get a file info read error everytime I play my mp3's. It will not continously play. It will play one song and then stop. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

Not sure you are doing anything wrong. Several things could be done. One with top priority would be to prove that the miniSD and the files store on it are good-to-go. Take the miniCard to the Verizon store and have it tested in another 9800. Take your 9800 along with you and demonstrate the difficulty. It will answer a question. Another test is to place the miniSD in it holder and the holder into the card reader, attach card reader to your PC and see if the PC can play the files without problem. That will be a start.

Thanks so much. I checked the songs on my pc and some didnt work. I loaded another cd that was already converted to mp3 and it worked just fine. Tried that for the first time last night and was frustated it didnt work. I turned to phone scoop and there was your reply. Again Thanks!
