the right size pix

i have been trying to get a pix through bitpim and through just adding it to the mini disk but i cant seem to find the right size for the inside screen does anyone know the size and if so what did you use to get it on there thanks for any assistance its appreciated

inside screen size is 320x240

you dont need to resize pics.. you can just sent them to the phoneand they will resize them on its own
