LG V VX-9800

glitch - anyone else experience this?

whenever I try to go to wireless sync email ( # 6) the phone shuts off and restarts itself. I called VZW tech and they said its happened to several phones and to replace phone. Anyone else experience this?

2 weeks after. It worked perfectly ( sending n recv emails) and then after 2 weeks it glitched.I called tech support, they said lots of phones do it and to go to a VZW store and exc for a new one which I did today. Even at store It wasnt like " Oh wow, never heard of this" but " Oh another one w this issue, ok, heres a new one".

Let's hope your new replacement does not duplicate the problem. Replaced my 9800 today because of bad reception. So now, like you I must check the replacement out from A to Z.
Keeping my hopes up.
