delay after backlight gose off

Dose any one know if there is a way to shorten the time it takes to turn the screen off after the back light off? I man once the back light switch off screen is still light up just not bright, was wonder if there a setting to turn it off or make shorter.

It's interesting, the manual refers to a "Power-Save" mode, as does the Service Menu (Menu > 0 > 000000), and after a LONG time messing around with settings, I finally got it to work. I have my Keyguard Set to 7 seconds and I believe that after 10-20 seconds, my screen turns off. However, I haven't found a way to adjust it, though it would be nice.
