As you see, there were a lot of responses. 🤣
I purchased #1 HF820 and the battery would not charge.
I exchanged for #2 and it would only answer an incoming call about 50% of the time and when it did answer, it would sometimes do an auto-mute on its own. Voice command dialing out was a bit erratic too.
As of today, I am now on #3 and this one seems to be doing better than the previous two. Only complaints I've had is some reported minor echo. I am still evaluating.
This unit will be great for hands free operation while driving....if it will work properly.
Has anyone else used a HF820? What were your findings? I believe I noted a price drop on this unit at Verizon which in some cases indicate a replacement is soon to come. Any ...

im using the headset now and havent had too many problems. mainly sound qaulity is all at times. But I do know that LG is coming out with a BT headset of their own. So chances are its going to work great with the phone. Not sure on a time frame or cost. Let you know if I find out
