Have had this phone for nine days and so far it has crashed and frozen twice. Once while browsing V'zon's ringtone service, and just now while watching a 50meg clip on the card. The first time, I was able to resolve the problem by just removing the battery. Now ....... nothing. It's stuck on the Verizon start-up screen.

I hadn't noticed anyone mentioning it here, but apparently I'm not the only one having this problem......

Am headed back to the store to swap it out tomorrow but just wanted to post this in case anyone else had the same problem.

Other than the fact that I can't work the darned thing right now I LOVE this phone! 😁

Ok well i'm not sure if this answers your question or not but it seems to me that if your browsing the ringtone service (VZW Tones) and you are in the middle of browsing it, and then close the phone up, this may have caused the freezing problem. I'm not sure if it is why or why it would happen but my best suggestion for you might be to hit the red end button w/ the phone open, allow the phone to log off the Verizon server and thencloses it. I'll have to test the phone out a bit more when i go to the Verizon Wireless store. Just my 2 cents. I hope this helps
