I am new to the whole cell phone thing so i have a couple of questions about the VX9800.

1. What do i need to buy to transfer mp3s from my computer to my phone? Can i buy a simple usb chord or do i need a scanDisk?

2. I heard that you can make your mp3s your ringer with BitPim. how do you do that and what is BitPim and where do you get it?

3. I have the basic hands free ear piece. can this be used for the mp3 player as well or do i need something else?

thank you so much for your help.

1. To transfer MP3's, you will need a miniSD card and card reader.

2. Yes, you can transfer ringtones with Bitpim. Download it http://bitpim.sourceforge.net/#download, then go to the help section and that should answer all of your questions.

3. You can not listen to MP3's with a Bluetooth headset as it is for MONO only, not STEREO. You will have to purchase a corded stereo headset. Verizon has a Jabra set that works wonderful!
