more bluetooth questions
im forced to get a bluetooth headset becase of my service in my new apartment(dont ask why) anyway which one to buy is rediculous they range from 20 bucks to 170 my questions are
1. does any headset go over 30 feet
2. will the announce feature come through the headset
3. with only 4 hrs. talk time will i have to constsntly be changing batteries
4.the hedsets that claim theill work with all bluetooth phones will they work with the 9800
5. how much should i spend

3. Battery life on most is amazing. When they say 4 hours talk time, that just means if you were to talk for 4 hours straight. I charge mine every night, but don't really need to. Most last a long time.
4. Yes, Bluetooth headsets are compatible with any BT phone, including the 9800.
5. You can get a decent one for under $100. Verizon has the Motorola H500 for $69.99 and that is a great headset.

Whatever you do not get a moto BT headset with and LG phone. For whatever reason they just don't work well together. I love LG phones and I love Moto BT headsets, but they just suck when they are together.
Get a Jabra headset.

ok im going to ask a NOT headet question. I REALLY need help with this. I need to know why I can get bitpim to work bluetooth? I have the brandnew verison but it wont work and IM really pissed becuase I have gone about 2 weeks with out my contacts. Someone PLZ help me.

What you need to do is check your phone to see what it is set on.
To do this go to Menu
Settings and tools
#8 Pc connection
#3 Bluetooth
Turn it on
If your PC'c bluetooth is working AND you have the drivers for your phone installed on your PC you can now use bitpim to load ring tones and pic's............
