The bars you get depend on how strong your signal is.Not every one who has a 9800 only get 2 bars.You can use bitpim to sync your contacts transfer pictures load ring tones......

Bitpim is a freeware you get here...www.bitpim.org what it lets you do is load ring tones and wallpaper and snyc your phones contact list and calander. You will need a USB cable and drivers or if your PC has bluetooh and drivers.Pretty nice program to let you take control of what this phone can do
