Getting Sounds as Ringtones

I'm trying to figure out how to get sounds from the "My Sounds" menu to play as a ringtone. Its the menu that has the Train, Rainforest, Ode to Joy etc. Is there any way to make those a ringtone some how. I know my VX6000 I was able to do so but I am havin the hardest time with this. Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

You cannot do that with this phone. To set MP3's as ringtones you need a program called BITPIM and either a data cable or a Bluetooth USB adapter.
