Video Quality Help!!
I am using the imtoo dvd to 3gp converter and the imtoo 3gp video converter. I primarily use the dvd converter to convert my dvd files. When I convert them to 3g2 straight from the dvd disc these are the settings I use:
Video Size: 320x240
Bit Rate: 256
Frame Rate: 15
Bitrate Tolerance: 60
And i use all the defaults on sound.
The picture quality for these settings on my 9800 are very very crisp. When i play movies though, it does a stop go kind of thing. The picture lags. The picture quality is excellent but the I cannot figure out how to fix the stop go.
I have already tried converting the 3g2 file into a .avi file and then back to a 3g2 file to decrease the amount of MB but that does not work either.
