Cracked inside screen on New Years Eve...need help!
So, here is my issue: I had my phone in my back pocket on New Year's Eve and the next morning i woke up and noticed that the inside screen was all cracked. Unfortunately, I opted not to buy the insurance (i didn't know you had to purchase the insurance within the first 15 days with Verizon, even though it has only been about 25 so far) so i am kind of screwed. ☹️
Anyone know how i can get it fixed? I am sure that since it technically isnt a 'malfucntion' then LG will not fix it for me under their warranty (even though i am flat out amazed that it cracked under such light use...grrrr). either way, i am pissed that i can't set my alarm or surf the web now, what a major bummer.
