I totally agree with you. My phone did the same thing. It worked great for a little over a month and it froze on me while texting. It wouldn't power back on. I lost everything. Everyone of my customers appointments, numbers, orders. I went through 3 new phones. A new one everyday for 3 days staright. As soon as I powered them on it was broke. What a joke. And its too bad because I loved this phone.
