LG V VX-9800
Volume is up but can't hear nothing..
Tried to watch a V cast just now and couldn't hear anything I was watching. I made sure the volume was up and it was. I then tried to call the phone from a landline and it would not ring. It just lit up and showed my house number on the caller id screen. I called Customer Service and they said I would need to take it to a store. Before I hung up I asked them if they could reset the phone and she then asked me to take the battery off then put it back on. After that, the ringtone and audio mysteriously came back. Has this happened to anyone? I was thinking I might have switched something to off but like I said everything was working fine as of last night. So not sure what happened that it would not ring or play audio from V casts.

well she really didnt help me. She suggested the phone was defective and to take it in to the store. Right before hanging up I asked if there was a way to reset the phone and thats when she said something about removing the battery and putting it back on.
